1. Begin your Home Search:

2. Find and ‘favorite’ potential homes of interest:
You will be sent alerts from your agent for properties pertaining to your search criteria. View homes that catch your interest, add them to your favorites or let your agent know.
3. View homes with agent:
Showing appointments will be arranged so you can view homes in person.
4. Make an Offer:
Your agent’s mission is to negotiate a price that is the best value possible that will get your offer accepted.
5. Escrow and Closing:
Once your offer has been accepted, we will arrange inspections and all necessary appointments and paperwork to be completed in a timely manner to create a smooth and stress-free transaction.
